WE have tested all your phone lines & router & modem and are able to prove all this equipment is functioning correctly.

We are now in a position to be able and hopefully fix your computer setup subject to any parts required ( network cards /wifi adaptors / drivers etc. ).

This can usually be rectified on the day we attend but would normally incurs extra labour ( if we spend more than 1 hour ) at your premiss, this could invole ajusting antivirus and firewall settings downloading drivers etc
